新型ウイルス感染対策について

ご予約方法
７月に入り、沖縄県内での新型コロナウィルス感染者が急増しております。そのため、当院ではしばらくの間、予約診療制とさせていただきます。
ご不便をおかけいたしますが、感染拡大防止の為、ご協力よろしくお願い致します。
1．診察ご希望の場合は、必ずお電話で予約をお取りください。
当日の込み具合によっては、予約時間であっても少々お待ちいただくこともあります。ご了承ください。
2. ご予約のお電話は、診察時間内のみ、お電話で対応しております。２週間後までのご予約が可能です。
3．当院駐車場に到着後、電話にて受付をしてください。
4. ご予約なしの来院の際は、お待ちいだたくことになります。
なお、来院件数によっては診察をお受けできない場合がございます。
Information regarding to some changes of our consultation styles.
Since COVID-19 has been rapidly spreading in Okinawa, we have revised our consultation styles to reduce the risk of the infection for you and us.
(Please remember, if we catch the infection, we have to close our clinic for while…)
Starting on 1st August 2020, we will start the consultation with appointment.
☆ Please have your pet’s registration card when you give us a call. We will ask you the number every time to access to the medical record.
1: Please make an appointment by phone in order to visit us.
2: Please give us a call when you arrive at CoCo Animal Hospital. Wait in your car until until a staff inform you which examination to come in.
3: Please also give us a call for medication refills or food orders.
4: We do not take any new clients for now due to our appointment slots availability. Because we have only one veterinarian to operate all the procedures (such as vaccine, check-ups for health certificate, surgeries, treating inpatients and emergencies.)
5: Only one person is allow to come into the exam room. Face mask is required.
☆ Appointment may not be able to start right on time due to the circumstances of the other situation. So please estimate extra time for it.
